Do you provide free shipping?
Yes.  We always provide free shipping and supplies for all devices.

Do you provide insurance for the shipping?
Yes.  We always provide full insurance for the offer amount on the devices we purchase.

Where should I buy packing supplies?
We will supply all of the packing materials needed for the devices you sell.  There is no need to worry about purchasing any sort of packaging supplies.

What if I am not happy with my offer once you receive the devices?
If for any reason you are unhappy with your offer once we verify your devices, please request to have the device sent back to you.  We will ship the device(s) back to you free of charge.

Do you accept devices with engravings?
Yes.  We do accept engravings, although we generally deduct a small amount from our offer pricing.

Can you remove engravings?
Yes.  We can remove engravings.  If this is a preferred option, please let us know prior to sending the devices to our location.

What if you say a device is broken, but it appeared functional during our testing of it?
If for some reason there is a discrepancy between what we found in our verifications and what was stated originally, please request to have the device returned to you.  We will ship the device(s) back to you free of charge.

What if I thought a device was broken, but you tested it and it is actually functional?
Then it is your lucky day! If we find a device that fits our definition of functional, we will offer you the functional price.  It is as simple as that.
