How Do I Sell My iPhone?

2. Enter in Your iPhone Type and Condition

3. If you are happy with the amount we will pay, click continue

4. Enter in Your Shipping Details

5. Click Submit Once you click submit, a Insured PrePaid Shipping Label with Tracking will be downloaded in PDF Format. Simply print this label and put it on any box or package you may have. Then simply drop it off at the post office or any dropbox! That's it! As soon as we receive and verify your iPhone, we will issue payment to your requested address or PayPal account.

Will you ever drop the price of my quote because it is scratched or used in a bad condition?

No. We will never drop the price of your quote. Our condition categories are clearly defined as "New", "Used", "Cracked Screen", and "Water Damaged/Broken". As long as you submit an iPhone that matches the category, we will always pay you exactly as quoted.

How long will my insured prepaid label work?

The prepaid label will be valid for 48 hours after you download it.

How long Does it take to receive my payment?

After we receive the iPhone we will verify the condition and mail your check out in 1-2 business days. If you requested payment via PayPal we will deposit the money in your account within 2 business days after we have received your iPhone and verified the condition.

What if I want my iPhone back after it's sent?

Let us know immediately if you would like your iPhone returned. After our payment has been distributed there will be no returns, but as long as you contact us before the iPhone has been delivered there should be no problems to return your iphone.

How do I ensure my data is secure?

All of the iphones we buy are immediately restored to their factory status, but please make sure to backup of your iPhone before sending it to us.

What if i said my iphone was in good condition but it was actually broken?

We will provide you an updated quote and give you the option to accept it, or we will send you back your iphone. This is relatively rare as our categories are fairly well defined.
